Nutrition counseling is available to both individuals and groups. I will help you translate science-based nutrition information into a realistic and manageable dietary plan. Whether the goal is to shed excess weight, lower cholesterol, blood pressure or blood sugar; boost energy or simply be/stay healthy as you age, working with me will give you the tools and support needed to eat healthfully today and for the rest of your life.
90-minute Initial Consultation $140 This appointment identifies and begins to address nutritional goals based on medical, psychosocial and dietary histories, medications, physical activity and anthropometric measurements.
45-minute Follow-up Appointment $75 This is a follow-up appointment for those who have already completed an initial consultation. During this visit, we revisit your goals and update as needed to keep you accountable and focused.
Nina’s Nutritional Values, LLC offers meal planning and menu analysis services. I will work with you to develop healthy menu choices by creating an individualized plan for meals and snacks. Nutrition analysis software will allow for meal or menu plan creation/analysis as well as food intake/diary analysis. I will also show you how to enjoy the foods you love by simply modifying the cooking method and/or ingredients used to prepare them. Clients will be encouraged to get back in the kitchen and cook (or learn how to cook)!
Four-week Meal Plan $235 Meal planning includes daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and snacks for 28 days.
Seven-day Menu Analysis $125 This service includes analysis of daily calorie, fat, protein, fiber, vitamin and mineral intakes for seven days with a breakdown by meal if requested.
Changing your eating must involve changing your shopping habits. Don’t know what to put in your grocery cart though? Allow me to remove this stress by helping you navigate the grocery store aisles. I will help you make better food choices, show you how to read food labels, choose healthy “on-the-go” options, provide several grocery shopping and meal planning tips, introduce new foods and ingredients, while saving you time and money! Tours will last two hours and will take place at the grocery store of your choice.
Let me help you stock your refrigerator and pantry with foods that support and encourage wholesome eating. During the makeover, I will do the following: evaluate foods/beverages in your pantry and/or refrigerator, determine which products are the healthiest options, provide a list of additional items that would improve the nutritional quality of your diet and review food labels. Makeovers will last two hours.
I am available for presentations, workshops, and classes on a variety of nutrition-related topics. Sessions will be tailored to an organization’s needs. I am also available to participate in health fairs to promote good nutrition and reinforce the importance of healthy eating and regular physical activity.

These packages are for existing clients who wish to continue working with me on your health and wellness journey. These sessions are 20-30 minutes long. We discuss any questions you may have, revisit nutritional goals and readjust if necessary.
